7 years of increasingly responsible accounting and controller level experience, public audit and cost accounting experience required in a manufacturing environment.
A track record of success in accounting and as a leader; creative problem solving; and orchestrating resources to reach goals.
Recomend and implement techniques to improve productivity; increse effeciencies, cut costs and take advantage of opportunities.
Oversee cash management strategy and prepare cash flow analysis.
Assist in developing business financing and banking relationships; Negotiations of financial, operational and personnel issues.
Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures.
Protect assets by establishing, monitoring, implementing and enforcing internal controls to ensure that company objectives are met.
Prepare budgets by establishing schedules, collecting, analyzing and consolidating financial data; recommending plans. Monitors and analyzes monthly operating results against budget.
Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance.
Work with managers and owners to develop short and long range business plans for the company.
