- JOB DESCRIPTION

- Should have completed Masters Degree in conflict, peace and development; sociology or law.
- At least 5 years of experience in preparing manuals, conducting, training (specially in the area of mediation/dialogue facilitation or peace building) activities at both centre and community level is required.
- JOB SPECIFICATIONS

- Candidate should have experience in conducting, monitoring and evaluation, along with excellent report writing skill.
- Should have excellent communication skills in Nepali and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in computer use i.e. Microsoft word, excel, power point, email/internet is must.
