Local Initiatives for Biodiversity, Research and Development (LI-BIRD) is a non-profit making, non-governmental organization established in 1995 in Pokhara, Nepal. LI-BIRD is registered with the District Administrative Office of Kaski (Regd. No. 217/025/053) and affiliated with the Social Welfare Council (Regd. No. 3394). LI-BIRD is committed to capitalizing on local initiatives for sustainable management of renewable natural resources in order to improve the livelihoods of rural poor and marginalized farmers, especially women. - Reporting to Senior Programme Manager, PL will be responsible for the overall planning, implementing, monitoring, coordination and reporting of DKH funded RFF project in Dolakha and Sindhupalchowk districts. PL's duties include: staff management; financial management.
- Developing congenial working relationships with the team of RFF projects funded through other donors in the same region.
- Establishing quality coordination with the government agencies and key stakeholders at local, district and national level to ensure quality delivery of project.

- Master’s degree in Agriculture, Forestry, Social Science, Environmental Science or Natural Resources Management or related field with 3 years work experience in monitoring, evaluation and reporting on related fields.
