The Monitoring and Evaluation Associate will assist in the implementation of the monitoring framework of the Hariyo Ban Program in close coordination with the M&E Specialist. Under the direct supervision of the M&E Specialist, s/he will be primarily responsible for maintaining and updating the database system in close coordination with program units and field office, and implement various M&E activities such as field monitoring, review reflection meetings, joint monitoring visits, outcome monitoring etc.
- JOB SPECIFICATIONS

- Bachelors degree in environment management, development or a related field is required.
- S/he should have at least two years of work experience with one year specifically in monitoring & evaluation.
- Knowledge and use of statistical tools is required. S/he should be adept in MS Office, with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and team-player skills are essential.
