JOB DESCRIPTION
:
  • Reporting to Senior Programme Manager, PL will be responsible for the overall planning, implementing, monitoring, coordination and reporting of DKH funded RFF project in Dolakha and Sindhupalchowk districts. PL's duties include: staff management; financial management.
  • Developing congenial working relationships with the team of RFF projects funded through other donors in the same region.
  • Establishing quality coordination with the government agencies and key stakeholders at local, district and national level to ensure quality delivery of project.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
:
  • Master’s degree in Agriculture, Forestry, Social Science, Environmental Science or Natural Resources Management or related field with 3 years work experience in monitoring, evaluation and reporting on related fields.
  • Should be able to work under pressure.
  • Should be able to commit time for the organisation when needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION
:
  • Reporting to Deputy Director of Programme Operations.
  • DRR Expert will be primarily responsible to provide strategic leadership to DKH funded RFF project for designing, implementation, monitoring and reporting of DRR and Early Preparedness intervention component to address the post-earthquake situation needs in Dolakha and Sindhupalchowk districts.
  • DRR Expert's duties includes; capacity building of project staff and partners' staffs on DRR awareness and preparation; maintaining congenial working relationships with the government agencies, donors, media, local NGO partners and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring quality delivery of RFF programme and contributing to develop DRR strategies; provide technical input for designing and implementing programmes and projects with DRR integrations.
